Resumo: | This study aims to analyze how the Federal University of Santa Maria guides incubated and post-incubated companies towards sustainability practices. It is justified by the relevance of the topic in the field of Public Administration, since sustainability is a topic that is currently in evidence, especially in times of scarcity of resources. The data collection procedure was developed in two quantitative-qualitative stages, the first part was carried out through a questionnaire in incubated and post-incubated companies. In the second part, qualitative, it was carried out through a semi-structured interview with AGITTEC/PROINOVA managers, to see if the results would be the same. As a result, on the one hand, there is an institution concerned with the issue of sustainability and the balance of its dimensions, although there are many gaps due to the lack of financial resources to carry out projects aimed at this issue. On the other hand, there are companies that are more concerned with the economic issue, that is, a company that puts the monetary issue first, leaving important aspects aside, which shows that there is a divergence of responses among the managers of the incubated companies. and post-incubated and incubator members. Some limitations were found during this research, as it is a quantitativequalitative research, the result of one did not depend on the application of the other, a procedure requiring redoubled effort for its execution. |
