Resumo: | Being aligned to the technological tools is a primordial factor to a sector that is predominantly intangible and that looks to express the experiences with a loyal and qualified way, considering the examples of tourism activities. In this context, the websites emerge as a source of information and images in which the user has the possibility of being next to the experience he or she will have when visiting a determined touristic destination. Therefore, the present case has as objective to propose improvements in the websites of the tourism sector to the cities that belong to the Geopark Project of the Fourth Colony-RS, and also a relation of attributes to the website of the latter Geopark. For this to occur, a descriptive and qualitative study was done, through a survey of models of analysis in websites of the tourism area and posterior verification of the attributes that are present in websites of Geoparks and also the identification of the critical points of the official tourism websites of the Fourth Colony cities – RS. By analyzing the data, it was found out that some pages doesn’t even have the basic and necessary information that the user looks for, and in some cases, present the same information, but in an unqualified way, with the absence of relevant attributes. Considering that these portals are important to the divulgation of touristic products in the studied regions, the critical points that were detected can be harmful in the aspect of attracting tourists and it can have a negative impact, decreasing the economical potential of the tourism sector in the region, because the tourists, more and more in a larger scale, use websites to obtain the information that they need to take decisions about destinations and touristic attractions they will visit. |
