Resumo: | This Master’s Thesis presents the development of a modular photovoltaic inverter with reconfigurable phases. A power module to compose a modular photovoltaic inverter is proposed with with the aim of creating hardware that can be expanded as needed. The presented module is responsible for the energy processing of one phase, allowing the connection of up to three modules. A configuration detection system is also proposed to identify the grid voltage amplitude, number of connected phases, angular phase shift and phase sequence. These data ensure the selection of the most adequate control strategy for each situation. The reconfigurable structure has different control strategies, which are chosen according to the desired network configuration. In addition, the inverter has an error detection system, which guarantees security for the hardware and at the same time makes it easier for the installer to identify problems. Simulation and experimental results are presented demonstrating the operation in different network configurations. |
