Resumo: This doctor thesis constitutes to investigate the engagement potentialities from students through a study of a didactic activities set (DAs) implemented in Physics classes in faceto- face return in a public school in Santa Maria\ RS after the pandemic. In this perspective, it was developed, implemented and evaluated six DAs – based in investigation teaching concerning Carvalho (2013). It encourages the questions, planning, the evidence collection, the explanation based in the evidences and communication. In this perspective, the DAs emerge with an excellent alternative to potentialize and flexibilize the learning making the student an active subject in the learning process. Considering this finding, it is possible to propose the following researching problem: How to organize the didactic action in the faceto-face return, so that the students get involved in the study of physic teaching? In order to answer the researching problem and reaching the objectives proposed, it will be used to guide this essay, the research conception based in the Education Design Research (EDR). In practice, in the first stage of research based in EDR it is started from a real problem of concrete context of learning-teaching. In the next stages, as design principles, it is planned, implemented and valued the DAs. Finally it was done the due reflections and valuations about the process, pointing out some difficulties related to the application. With the obtained results, it was possible to conclude with the sequence of DAs complies with its main goal providing the students engagement in the Physic studies in the face-to face studies after the period of remote and hybrid studies during the COVID 19 pandemic. From the analysis of the opinion questionnaire related to the DAs and analysis of the investigative problematization proposals in the activities, proposals in activities, evidencing that the DAs are considered interesting and present application potentialities and productive disciplinary engagement.
