Resumo: | The theme of Performance Evaluation is a really important subject of the modern organizational system, given its importance in the context of human resource management policies, not only for the groups that belongs to the private sector, as well as those that are part of the public sector. In general, your implementation have been appreciated in governmental institutions for decades, in modes of legal acts and regulations whose efficacy reached the administrative universe of Brazilian Federal Universities, among them, the Federal University of Maranhão-UFMA, in which , the coordination of activities are looked by Division of Performance Evaluation. This study aims to analyze the problems of perception of Federal University of Maranhao workers on the Performance Evaluation process, seeking to study how this perception it s correlated with institutional goals. The study consisted of 270 questionnaires with technical and administrative group. An interview with the Director of Performance Evaluation Division was held, whose synthesis consists, with these questionnaires source of information for the interpretation of the evaluation process occurred in UFMA. The quantitative data analysis was performed using descriptive statics reveled that servers know about the Performance Evaluation and many of them have participated more than once of this process, and they believe in the importance of this questionnaire to evaluate the pros and know the factors that motivate them to work and carry their activities with better performance. Nevertheless, the results of evaluations requires further dissemination to the servers and the possibility of the workers to evaluate their minds, leaving between them the idea of their applicability is more focused on wage gains, of interests in a meritocratic perspective where it s purpose would be to contribute to the professional career planning policy. |
