The present article aimed to compare reflectance spectra of different aquatic masses, located in different biomes of Brasil. Two field campaigns were carried out, the first being at the Passo Real Hydroelectric Power Plant, an artificial lake built for power generation, located in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, and the second at Lago Grande do Curuai, a natural lake with periods of the spectral grouping of the spectra was carried out in the study areas, as well as the adjustment of the regression models to verify the influence of the TSS in the spectra Reflectance. Among the generated models, the most suitable for the two areas was adjusted from the second derivative of the reflectance at 757 nm, with R² = 0.72 in Real Step and 777 nm, with R² = 0.75
