Resumo: | A good building is one that has good thermal performance and energy efficiency, which is linked to the conditions of the local climate and projective strategies. This work is based on the analysis of thermal performance and energy efficiency of a multifamiliar building in structural masonry with concrete blocks and an average standard in the bioclimatic area 2. The multifamiliar building to be studied was defined by a survey of buildings in structural masonry concrete blocks, of average standard, located in the city of Santa Maria and with four apartments per floor. The evaluation of the thermal performance of the building was carried out by simplified method and simulation of NBR 15575: 2013, and energy efficiency was evaluated by the prescriptive method and simulation of the RTQ-R. The simulations were performed with the DesignBuilder program. The influence of the variables of thermal properties of opaque vertical locks in thermal performance was also analyzed. The multifamiliar building did not reach the criteria for simplified thermal performance of the standard, but ranked by simulation method with superior performance in winter and minimum in summer. Energy efficiency is obtained by the prescriptive method Level B and Level A by the simulation method. In the analysis of the influence of thermal variable properties, it was observed that the thermal performance in winter period reaches the NBR 15.575:2013 criteria, with a large variation of the minimum internal temperature and external temperature. During the summer the building also reaches the criteria for thermal performance, but with a slight variation of maximum temperature and the external temperature, emphasizing the necessity of preparing projects with careful accordance with the bioclimatic strategies. |
