Resumo: This paper aims to present the results of the bibliographical field researches and the interventions themselves made with a group of teachers from the municipal education network of Triunfo/RS through pedagogical workshops aimed at the instrumentalization of the teachers for the use and creation of pedagogical digital resources to be used in the classroom. The workshops were chosen for the development of this work, because they represent the possibility of co-authorship, in which the construction of knowledge takes place collectively. Besides, the creation of resources related to the analogical and digital question represents an additional attempt to overcome the multiple barriers that teachers have in relation to the virtual world, from which they can extract and build countless resources to use in their daily school routine. The present research used the bases of bibliographical, documentary and field research, emphasizing the intervention in the form of two workshops, aiming to provide continuous training to a group of teachers through pedagogical workshops at the creation and use of both, digital and analogical pedagogical resources.
