Resumo: | Assistance to individuals with indications of High Abilities/Giftedness (HA/G) can be carried out beyond the school environment, with a view to meeting their educational needs. Considering a scenario in which the Laws produce guidelines for identification, registration and assistance to students with HA/G, this work sought to describe a program that develops ways to provide assistance to this subject. In this sense, the research aimed to investigate the repercussions of the GEIM Program – Multiple Intelligence Enrichment Group for the development of students with AH/DS and their families. The research has a qualitative, exploratory nature, and for its development an interview was carried out. Five students and their respective families with the aforementioned profile participated in the research, with collections carried out online. The content analysis was carried out based on studies by Bardin (2011), as it aims to understand the content that is implicit in the participants' statements. The investigation revealed that the students and family members who participate in the project's actions indicate positively that GEIM contributes to the development of students, and consequently, family members also benefit from the project's actions. From this, the professional master's degree product of this research was the construction of an informative material about GEIM and HA/G with the aim of publicizing the characteristics of HA/G for the possible recognition of this subject, as well as giving visibility, to who may be interested, about the project's actions. |
