Resumo: | Objectifying to verify if the use of Mode Analysis and Potencial Fail Effect, FMEA, makes possible to potentialize agricultures cultivation processes, reflecting in a higher profit to the cultures, it was applied this tool in a Canola farming in the Escola-Fazenda da Sociedade Educacional Três de Maio, SETREM. The project started with the FMEA Team composition, which analyzed the possible fails to cause culture profit reduction, organizing the main modes and effects of fail. Through of a graphical approach, applied to the severity and occurrence of related fail modes, it was determined those with priority of attention, as well as its possible seriously effects. These modes were submitted to an investigation matrix of common fails and detected the key causes, which received a preventive actions plan. To determine the influence of the foreseen actions in the culture profit, two areas of Canola cultivation were seeded in a field, once that just one of them was used FMEA. The culture submitted to the FMEA was differed for receiving conference from the regulation from the machine for plant the field and supplement from nitrogen in in agreement covering interpretation from the result from the analysis of soil. Each one of the cultures was sampled in 32 items, with gauging of the number of plants, spacing among them, number of pod and profit. The collected data were treated statically, informing that the culture which received the FMEA implementation presented better plants density, better plants distribution in the seeded area, maturation more uniform and profit 11,83% superior. |
