Resumo: | Due to the moment of deep social transformation and with the industrial digitization, the improvement of businesses models became fundamental to the survival of organizations. The technologies' implementation provides corporate benefits since costs savings, adding value until autonomy and support in decision-making. Between them, the internet of things is a reality that can and should be implemented in companies because the need of data detailed mapping and the security in information interpretation is essential for assertive and efficient management decision-making. The emerging technologies are commonly associated to tangible factors in companies. On the other hand, the intangible aspects are invisible elements in companies that are very often neglected or run through unnoticed. Nevertheless, its disclosure aggregate value to the company and allows the managers to make strategic decisions that favor the business models. However, its application in intangible aspects is still a challenge to be overcome by researchers. With the purpose to interconnect the internet of things and intangible aspects universes, it was listed as objective to analyze the monitoring of intangible aspects of market development using Internet of Things technologies. Initially was made a systematic literature review (SLR) about intangible aspects, market development factors and internet of things, elements that composed the theoretical reference. Then was developed the data collect instrument for later application of the content analysis technique to the acquired information. The study is characterized as qualitative in its approach and applied in its nature. It has an exploratory and descriptive character, besides to having inductive method and bibliographic research, survey and content analysis techniques. This study occurred in steps using Fuzzy Delhi method to validation. As results were noted that the most companies have the knowledge about the importance of the use of this technology to this monitoring of the market development intangible aspects and use that to monitor some indicators, doing periodic follow-ups and making action plans based on the collected information. It is concluded that the use of IoT for monitoring of the market development intangible aspects has significative importance and provided some benefits to the companies as to support the decision-making, precision and assertiveness, security, economy, process automation, agility, control, greater connectivity, remote activities, productivity, efficiency, processes optimization and life quality. Among the contributions, it is highlighted the relevant information to the decision-making processes in companies, whereas by SLR, when relating the cited constructs were not found studies with this intention. Furthermore, it is noteworthy that the obtained information supports the development of insights to elaborate competitive business strategies to the companies. |
