Resumo: |
The corn (Zea mays) is considered a grain of social and economical importance. In Brazil, which Sergipe is a big producer of Northeast, the culture of corn is planted in all of the regions. However, this culture has been attacked by many pests, making necessary the use of some pesticides. This project intend to show the development of a method to analyse pesticide wastes atrazine, carbofuran, cyfluthrin, methyl parathion, pyraclostrobin, teflubenzuron in corn grains using as a extraction technic the matrix solid phase dispersion (MSPD) and High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with a diode array spectrophotometric (DAD). The extraction procedure evaluated the following Adsorbents: Aluminum neutral, Florisil and sílica gel, with different elution solventes (acetonitrila, ethyl acetate, hexane, acetone, metanol, dicloromethane). Achieving satsfactory results using 0,5 g of corn grains with 1 g of aluminum neutral eluted with 10 mL of ethyl acetate with recovery between 93,27 and 98,32% and variation coefficient between 6,19 and 15,28% to a fortification level 1,0 μg g-1. About the correlation coefficient the results differ between 0,9996 and 0,9999 to the concentration level between 0,05 and 5,00 μg g-1. |
