Resumo: |
A chemical education light of CTSA goes beyond the importance of understanding science as grounds for innovations, technologies, discoveries, therefore, enables the interconnected chemical study of the actions of man in society and the implications of these practices on the environment. In this respect we focus on the trial as a relevant tool for students to learn chemistry linking theory and practice in the construction and understanding of scientific concepts using for both low-cost materials and easy access besides highlighting waste disposal. Investigative experimental activity is characterized as a teaching resource that enables unlink the traditionalism of an experimental activity that follows a structured script, whose goal is to demonstrate a theory or observation of a phenomenon. In this context, this paper presents as a subject of discussion scientific and attitudinal considerations of a high school student group in order to analyze and understand the experimental practice of electrolytic conductivity relating to the pedagogical approach of CTSA regarding the contextualization of the content the experiment with simple materials, discussions and interactions between researcher and students, and reflection on the disposal of solid waste. In that sense, it turns out this aspect relevant research in three dimensions: scientific, educational and environmental partner. Consists of quantitative qualitatively methodology, the research emphasizes the CTSA policy of the Chemistry study should not be limited to the chemical concepts, but also to aspects of social and environmental. The same occurred in two schools Aracaju from public classes in the second year of high school, in which data production occurred with text reading, trial lesson and application of diagnostic assessments and learning. Thus, we centralized experimental activity of Chemistry as a proposal to investigate the scientific content from the observation of the students and their interest in the course of the proposed activities, and promote interaction and researcher at the dialogue with the students, and among them, in order to formation of citizens with actions and conscious decisions in the society in which we live. |
