Resumo: The integration of Critical Environmental Education and Agroecology can be used to define and apply ecological principles, using non-formal education as a multidimensional process. It establishes conditions for: political learning and individual rights; enables work, by developing skills and competencies; establishes practices that enable individuals to use social technologies, and stimulates the replication of low cost practices/consumption of biodegradable waste in everyday community life. In this sense, this research has as its main objective, to propose the adoption of a social technology in the Rosa Luxemburgo II PA, in the municipality of São Cristóvão / Sergipe, aiming to promote the Critical Environmental Education with an Agro-ecological bias from the construction of a prototype anaerobic digester. This study aims to observe the actions of farmers and the productive potential of renewable energy from the use of animal feces through the development of a prototype of a digester. In view of obtaining a didactic/technological product. The method adopted to obtain data was through "Research", going through the phenomenological philosophical current, for which observations were made in the community in order to report actions that were practiced in the daily lives of farmers and that could be changed or improved. Thus, the following methodological procedures were built: a survey and bibliographic review were adopted; field work with free observations, field notebook, photographic records, and impressions of the environmental phenomena present in the community. As a result, it was possible to return the Biodigester Technology, with materials easily found in construction material stores. A 60 liter drum with a capacity for 10 kg of feces diluted in 10 L of water, PVC pipes, hoses, plastic taps were used as a tank for the fermentation to occur, Two filters were built, one with a glass jar with a capacity of 3.5 L, containing 1 L of water and the second with 1 M pvc pipe, containing two packets of steel sponge and finally a motorcycle chamber was connected so that the gas generated was stored. The didactic product, which had the purpose of presenting the process of building the prototype in a didactic and easy to understand way, showing the step by step process to build the prototype technology, the booklet has a capacity to promote CAT and facilitate the understanding. So that this social technology can be replicated in other settlements that have similar characteristics to the one used in this research.
