Resumo: The main objective of this work is to present the directions to the implantation of a Khouse, a branch of the Kidlink Project, since this initiative will be able to help students upbringing with the approximation to technologies and a qualitative leap in a pedagogical approach. We present the methodology and the implantation criteria of a Khouse as much as the Kidlink Project settled in Brazil. We develop this research using the Internet as this is the main tool of our study object. Besides the research of documents accessed via the Kidlink website (www.kidlink.org), we also used the doctorate degree thesis of Prof. Marisa Lucena, PhD, coordinator and official representative of the project in Brazil. We present an analysis about Internet use in Brazil with data collected in 2005 and published in 2007 by the Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e Estatística IBGE. To understand the theoretical concepts that support the Kidlink Project, we brought to the discussion the text Language and Thought by Vygotsky and we also brought the view of Marta Kohl on this same author concerning symbolic mediation, abstract and practical intelligence, learning development and pedagogical intervention. We could not leave aside an approach to the text O Computador na Sociedade do Conhecimento (Computers at the Knowledge Society) by Professor José Armando Valente, as we believe this text is fundamental to comprehend the setting up of the Kidlink Project in Brazil. We used the analysis of Manuel Castells concerning a network society, its global aspects and technological advances as this subject is the main point to Education, Society and Technology. In this work, the Kidlink Project is discussed as a Virtual Learning Community and we present some concepts about the Internet and its working processes as well. Concluding, we present ideas on Virtual Learning Communities, modernity, Colective Intelligence, cyberspace and virtuality under the perspective of Pierre Lèvy.
