Resumo: Boosted by the state agriculture modernization project in Brazil encouraged the use of agricultural technologies, such as the mechanization and chemistry field, to increase levels of productivity and agricultural production. The use of tractors, combines, pesticides, as well as agricultural extension policy, and especially the agricultural credit distribution policy, consolidated the Green Revolution in our country. The modernization of agriculture has changed antagonistically, political, environmental and social, the Brazilian agrarian dynamics, carrying out the construction of industrial capital and the increase in production levels and a significant rural-urban migration, intensified by the changes of the economic structure and in employment relationships in the Brazilian countryside. The insertion of this new production pattern also caused changes to the peasants who remained in possession of the land that were involved, mainly from the creation of the National Program for Strengthening Family Agriculture Program - PRONAF, with commercial production chains. In this perspective, this dissertation aims to analyze the changes and implications on the productive organization of peasant agriculture, from the use of new technologies in pineapple plantations in the state of Sergipe. To achieve the objectives proposed in this study, this research adopted the following methodological procedures: bibliographical survey; documentary research; empirical survey; systematization and analysis of data; reflection results. Based on the assumptions noted in this study, we conclude that the attempt of the State to enter the technological packages, professionalize the peasant and promoting their integration with the market to feed the fruit agribusiness production chains caused changes in the productive organization of peasant agriculture from the insertion of commercial pineapple cultivation, supported by funding programs and the use of pesticides, which therefore destroyed the peasant autonomy, weakened food sovereignty, as well as disaggregate agriculture and traditional way of life of these rural communities in Sergipe.
