Starting from the perception of the increase in the performance of youth politics in Brazil, the application and application of public policies, or the present work, is analyzed as the ways in which the young hip hop activists of the great hip hop group in Aracaju / SE exhibit their practices in the actions offered by the government. This fact gives the important role of social transformation played by culture, being able to rescue, educate and socially include young people who go through situations of vulnerability and social risk. These considerations were confirmed through direct observation and interview with members and members of Hip Hop, individually and collectively, in the cities of Aracaju, Barra de Coqueiros and Nossa Senhora do Socorro. In addition, it was possible to learn, through interviews, how Hip Hop is recognized and developed in their territories. This way, in order to understand the proposed study, a literary review of youths was carried out by relevant authors such as Boghossian and Minayo, Feixa, Abramo, Sposito and Carrano, Hall and Jefferson, Melluci, among others; on youth protagonism carried out from the perspective of Boghossian and Minayo, Gohn, Filho, among others; and also about the past and the present scenario on public policies of youth in Brazil, using authors such as Gohn, Sposito and Carrano, among others. The methodology applied during the theoretical and empirical phase was of great relevance for the analysis of this study, when it is understood as the dynamics of the youth policy applied to Hip Hop in Aracaju, through bibliographic analyzes, direct analyzes and interviews.
