Resumo: |
The object of this study is to analyze the representations that cultural agents working for the State made on two educational activities in Aracaju, between 1985 and 1991, in order to sensitize students about the importance of preserving cultural heritage: the dissemination of the booklet João Santeiro and project Viver Aracaju. Under the influence of the New Cultural History and supported by the analysis of discourse proposed by Eni Orlandi (2005), collected testimonies, photographs, laws, decrees, letters to property, activities prepared by students, papers published in journals, books and scientific products were analyzed with order to answer to the following problem: what the representations of cultural heritage and heritage education were possibly appropriated by cultural agents responsible for producing the two projects, in the period indicated? As categories of analysis used the idea of representation and appropriation according to Roger Chartier (1990, 1991, 2009) and field of Pierre Bourdieu (1989, 2000, 2003). |
