In the critical conception of Environmental Education, it is believed that teaching and learning are caused by the transformation of each individual, with a reciprocity of processes in which the transformation of both is propitiated. The student and the educator are the ones who work in the process of transforming society. In this sense, this dissertation aims to analyze the teaching-learning process; formation of ecological subjects with emphasis on Critical Environmental Education; understanding the relationship of these issues with urban waters around the Municipal School Mário Trindade Cruz, in the municipality of Pirambu - SE. The method of approach for this research was dialectics, based on a quali-quantitative approach. To this end, actions were developed with a group of thirty students from the ninth grade of elementary school at the Municipal School Mário Trindade Cruz, inside and outside the school environment. Thus being built, the methodological procedures: a bibliographic survey and review were adopted; field work with participants and participants, notebook (field diary), photographic records; semi-structured referrals with flexible and unspecified adaptive technique, whose script was guided by understanding and impressions based on the environmental phenomena present in the school, in its surroundings and in the superficial bodies of the city of Pirambu-SE; word cloud; conversation circles based on Freirian Popular Education methodologies; use and creation of a social network profile (Instagram) for interaction, learning and dissemination of Critical Environmental Education based on educommunication. As a result, the construction of two educational products stands out, namely: the Paulo Freire Environmental Studies Group at the Municipal School Mário Trindade Cruz in Pirambu - SE, and a video documentary, created with several hands, whose purpose was to present the process of construction of this research, in addition to contributing to the school community on the reflection of the formation of conscious ecological subjects to promote a dialogue that culminates in the construction of environmental knowledge. Therefore, it is considered that the formation of the ecological subject goes through changes in environmental values and in his way of behaving as a socioenvironmentally responsible citizen, with the school and its instruments (physical and human) as key parts for the formation of this ecologically subject aware of its leading role in transforming society. |
