The issue of Men's Health was more visible to the Brazilian society from the year 2009, when the Ministry of Health launched the National Policy for Integral Attention to the Man (PNAISH) Health for age group of 25-59 years. The research is part of the current context of the implementation of PNAISH health teams in Boa Vista, Roraima. The research interest emerged for the importance of health teams so that they are informed and prepared to meet male demand, as well as knowing the assumptions and expectations regarding the implementation of this policy observed by the coordinators of the program, allowing for better understanding and actions that provide greater care coverage to men's health with health promotion and prevention. Therefore, the research question of the study arose: how are developed humanized care activities performed by nurses Men's Health in the FHS in Boa Vista? The study aimed to know and understand the activities that enable the humane care of the male population, developed by nurses in primary care in Boa Vista-RR network. The research mode was chosen phenomenological qualitative, based on the framework of Edmund Husserl and Edith Stein and played by Bello, and the phenomenological method allows how to understand and analyze the human being in its totality - physical, mental and spiritual, which enables a deepening and a correlation between its interiority and exteriority and are evident in the unfolding of the planned analyzes. The same was submitted to the Ethics Committee in Research of the Federal University of Roraima (UFRR) with approval, given the criteria of Resolution 466/2012 which regulates research involving human beings, fulfilled all ethical and legal precepts. Among the participants were selected nine (09) nurses of the Health Units, included as selection criteria Only one of each macro area, the fact that these professionals usually coordinate health programs, participating in the care of the users of the health center. In the phenomenological analysis of the experiences of the participants was seized two key points for discussion: Understanding the Concept of Health and Public Policy and Understanding of the role of Nurse in Primary Care for Men's Health. The main actions of care developed by nurses through the contributions of Husserl and Stein significantly the epistemological roots of human are related to biological aspects, but biopsychosocial and cultural, that look phenomenal. In conclusion, to understand the aspects that facilitate and / or hinder male bonding to men's health program in the city, is directly related to Strategic Planning of Health Services, which involves managers, coordinators and staff. Identifying these aspects becomes relevant point in this research, it offers the possibility of subsidizing new discussions regarding the subject. Moreover, it constitutes an important tool to be used in the construction of collective strategies to gradually eliminate and / or potentiate the elements involved in the accessibility of the male these public health services, strengthening of humanized promotion and prevention in nursing practice .
