Resumo: | The present dissertation is the result of research project developed in the Professional Master in Technology foi Social Development Iinked to the research line Participatory Management of the Interdisciplinary Nucleus for Social Development - NIDES. lt uses participatory action research with a group of UFRJ workers whose positions were extinguished by Law No. 9,632 of May 7, 1998. Part of this research-action-training course is the focus on autobiography and construction of the knowledge in the workplace. The present work analyzes the formative paths - through videos, interviews, meetings with shared decisions - with a special look at the educational formation and with the objective of structuring a study project constructed in a participatory and dialogical way. The theoretical basis is based on qualitative research, describing the importance of autobiography. Also present refrections on the work, on the management reform of the Fernando Henrique Cardoso Government - with emphasis on the Brazilian Higher Education and the Career of Administrative Technicians in Education. A pedagogical look anchored in dialogues and reflections. An invitation to thirik about the logic of knowledge management based on perrnanent training by the look of these workers, who wish to act as educators sharing knowledge in the area of carpentry and joinery. |
