Resumo: This dissertation has as research object an Ergonomic Work Analysis project carried out at Flaskô, a company recovered from the chemical industry, producer of drums and plastic drums and managed by its workers since June 2003. The Project, developed from 2015 to 2017, was based on research-action to the achievement of a technical advisory in the engineering area with the objective of contributing to the company's production system. The Ergonomic Work Analysis, derived from the Activity Ergonomic, advocates the participation of workers, understanding them as protagonists of changes in their work processes. It is understood that they are the holders of the knowledge of their activities and are constantly interpreting them and creating new ways to deal with the difficulties and, many times, unforeseen that are beyond what is called assigned work. This whole process is constitutive of what is considered by the ergonomic perspective to be real work. Given these characteristics of AET, it is possible to state that this type of methodology is compatible with the reality of Companies Recovered by Workers, since it aims to contribute to the improvement of productive systems based on the understanding of work and particularities that permeate it, placing the worker as an active agent of this action. Companies Recovered by Workers are experiences of struggle for selfmanagement that, for about three decades, have been presented as a possibility for a significant number of Brazilian workers, who, on the verge of becoming unemployed, are looking for a way to maintain their jobs. Being AET also a methodology open to adaptations to the context lived by the company, the Ergonomic Design was incorporated into the project which gave rise to this dissertation, focused on the development of new tools and means of work able to help workers to face their difficulties and challenges. This research aims to describe and analyze the Ergonomic Work Analysis project in order to present some of the contributions of this methodology to the case of Flaskô.
