Resumo: | The demand for air transportation has been increasing over the years, mainly in Brazil. However, the use of this modality composes only a portion of the trip, and is complemented by modalities of access to the airport that typically involve individual transportation or public transportation. In this case, the problem is the imbalance in the number of trips that are carried out by the individual transport modalities, being able to comprise almost all the access displacements, mainly in the smaller airports. In parallel to this, what is perceived is an increase in customers’ demand for quality factors in services, which can not only stop attracting users to unwanted modes of transportation, but can also reduce the share of users who access the airport by public transportation modes. Therefore, the objective of the dissertation will be to develop a methodological procedure with the purpose of identifying strategies for the transfer of the users of automobiles to modalities of public transportation (with emphasis on the bus) in the trips of access to airports, especially of medium size, from perception of the users regarding the attributes that express the concept of Quality of Service. |
