Resumo: The emergence of digital technologies has given rise to new perspectives for information management on the Web. In this research, proposals for Information Management are presented on the Portal of the Laboratory of Intellectual Technologies - LTi The proposals were built through direct observation of the portal sections, as well as through the data made available in Google Analytics on the access and the trails of users. on the Portal. The research analyzes the data available in the Information Actions in the LTi Portal and in the LTi Memory, comparing the layouts of these platforms, with the objective of proposing improvements that lead users to access information and paths not yet covered in the Portal. The research methodology is constituted as an applied, documentary and bibliographic research, as for the objectives it is descriptive. The research methodology also comprises the metaphor of the evidence hunter from the perspective of the evidential paradigm, with the commandments and profiles of the evidence hunter being constituted in this research. Builds a Data Management Plan - PGD formulated for data collected from Google Analytics. Google Analytics is used to present the results obtained with the campaign carried out to attract new users to the content available on the portal. The research defines proposals to adjust the portal's homepage, considering that it is the portal's most accessed page. It is concluded that, the Information Management in the LTi portal is fundamental to provide the portal users with a quality experience, to develop campaigns to publicize the portal in the social networks linked to the laboratory, to attract potential users who access not only the home page, but, all the tracks available on the portal that can add information to them.
