What are the results of a development process about the gender question in a solidary economy enterprise? It managed to succeed pass on to respect this question in it internal relations? This study presents this object, in view that we live in a capitalist, patriarchal and sexist society, and is in that context the organization is on the solidary economy happened, which seeks to generate revenue from the collective production and marketing, and among its principles is the respect for gender equality. But this principle has happened in practice? The aim is to understand what are the limits among the principles of gender equality and traditional customs of our society. The research design corresponds to the ATORES Project, composed of five civil society organizations and five groups of youths. Will sample the enterprise Recanto das Oliveiras, organized by the Unidos Por Um Só Objetivo group, consisting of 08 young participants, located in the settlement Santa Lucia, Araçagi city, State of Paraíba. Will be follow the marxist dialectics, understood as a knowledge that is a totalizing process of human activity, and it never reaches a definitive stage and finished. The research will be based on literature, documentary and field. Will adopt the quality-quantitative procedure, which will allow a complete analysis of the investigated problem. The instruments and techniques of data collection will be: the interview, the questionnaire, daily records in the field, besides the literature review and documentary. Was observe, however, the object being investigated is in the process of permanent construction, because it is not finished, given, and static fact, it is history-social.
