Resumo: | The present study has the object of research the actions of resistance of the rural workers to the agribusiness. The locus is located in the region of Chapada do Apodi- Rio Grande do Norte, where an agricultural model based on the intensive use of pesticides and the privatization of water has been installed, this context has been configured as a socio-environmental conflict that is expressed through Of the agribusiness companies already installed in the region, as well as the implantation of the Santa Cruz do Apodi Irrigated Perimeter. In this, from a feminist perspective, I think how law interacts and shapes this conflict. The theoretical-methodological reference adopted is the materialist, historical and dialectical, drawn from the content analysis of the speeches of seventeen interlocutors, sixteen residents of two communities of Chapada do Apodi, and one also resident of the region, but representing the workers' union And the rural workers of Apodi (STTR) - some of these women are political references and others have no place in social mobilizations - narratives about their lives in agriculture, unite under the lens of identity with the territory and its resistances. The agroecological base work practiced by rural workers gains a political content when articulated to the social movements in the region, especially the feminist movement, propitiating the strengthening of its resistances that dispute the collective sense of the law. Gender, sexual division of labor, territory, socioenvironmental conflict, agrochemicals, resistance, law and agroecology are central categories for the search of the research problem: "How rural workers resist agribusiness in the Chapada do Apodi before conformation of the right to socio-environmental conflict?" |
