Resumo: | Caesalpinis pluviose DC. peltophoroides Benth GP. Lewis is a sort of the family Leguminosas. Known popularly like sibipinuna or sibipina and coração de negro The sort in study was collected in the garden of the LTF what is stated in the Campus I of the UFPB in Jodo Pessoa PB, Paraba state. After the collection of this botanical material, there were withdrawn the stem bars and the same pieces to dry in stove to a temperature mately 4%. The dry stem bars, were pulverized then and subjected to an exhaustive maceration with stand to 95%. The extractive solution was concentrated in route-evaporado se reduced pressure and to a temperature of 45-50%. The obtained extracts were subjected to several fragmentations cromatográficos, using a column of silica gel and sephadex LH-20 like supports Of this fragmentation they were inclated a new biflavonoide, a medure of flavonas, a derivate of the vanillin (4-hydroxy- 3.5-dymethoxy-benzaldeydo) and sigmasterol. The structural elucidation of the chemists constituent isolated was carted out through analytical methods like R MS and H and C NMR spectral data, with the add of homonudear (COSY) and heteronuclear (HMBC and HMOC) two dimensional techniques. |
