Resumo: | The present study carried out a usability analysis of the hospitalization module of the Hospital Management System (Management System for University Hospitals - AGHUx), a system used by the University Hospital Lauro Wanderley - HULW, in order to verify the level of satisfaction, as well as the level of ease of learning and memorization of the users of the AGHUx internment module during its use. For this, the heuristic usability evaluation method was adopted based on the ten heuristics proposed by Jakob Nielsen and Rolf Molich. The data collection procedures were collected from the state-of-the-art sources of the subject under study. The sample was constituted from the users of the internment module of the AGHUx system related to the internment work process within the scope of the HULW. The data collection procedures were collected from the state-of-the-art sources of the subject under study. The sample was constituted from the users of the internment module of the AGHUx system related to the internment work process within the scope of the HULW. In a complementary way, documentary sources of the institution were investigated, and a questionnaire was constructed that was applied to collaborators who used the AGHUx hospitalization module in the hospital. Based on the usability problems identified and the guidelines for improvements advocated by Nielsen, an official document was created and filed with recommendations for sability adjustments in the internment module of the AGHUx System. |
