The social responsibility in the managerial atmosphere is a form of ruled administration in an ethical and transparent behavior of the company with the publics with that she links, through social actions that benefit your internal and external public directly. In the social actions addressed the internal public they are the aspects related with the safety and the health occupational, better conditions in the work environment, remuneration and respect to the employees' rights. Safety's politics and occupational health are inserted inside of the widest context of the politics of social responsibility, where safety's administration and occupational health constitutes an important dimension it interns of the social responsibility of the companies. This work presents a research accomplished in the Hydroelectric Company of San Francisco (CHESF), a company of mixed economy, subsidiary of the Brazilian Electric Headquarters S/A - Eletrobrás. The result of this research evidenced through the tool statistical Descriptive and Exploratory Analysis of Data, the existent relationship between the Social Responsibility and the Safety's Administration and Occupational Health in the managerial atmosphere.
