Resumo: | The dissertative study presented here is about occupational dynamic and effects in Jardim Cidade Universitária, a suburb of João Pessoa city which is the capital of the state of Paraíba. The work integrates the deterministic action directed by the place market which is responsible for the implementation of the projection named, theoretically, as urban emptiness, where it is imperative the spoiled reality of the estate funds in trust of the marketing that has as discourse emphasis on a better quality life, of environment and of the financial status quo, consequently a segregational in the relation in-out. This study was elaborated in order to elucidate the theories which support the marketing of this local estate market, as well as the evolutive process and the ways which are presented in the land structure, twelve years after the convincing thichening process has been initiated. The results show several discrepancies in relation to the socio-environmental conscience and the sales image as well as the public power in relation to the construction of the urban structure |
