Resumo: The complexity of the chains, their vulnerability to internal and external risk factors and their relationships, made the managers of organizations to begin to analyze the risk in the supply chain. This understanding led companies to look for ways to establish relationships between processes and principles that lessened the occurrence of risks that can mitigate them and improve their competitiveness. Risk identification does not occur in isolation in jail and may spread along its length. The objective of this work is to identify the dependencies between the types of risks that occur internally on a link in a supply chain of an industry of the natural gas sector. The study was conducted in the services sector considering the supplier-focal link. To define the link studied and the key business process was carried out a mapping of the chain of immediate supplies. Have been raised in the literature, the types of risks that helped to identify the risk and its generating factors and ways to evaluate it, to assist the prioritization of risk, with the help of FMEA tool, resulting in the theoretical basis for the construction of instruments research (questionnaires). Therefore the mapping of risk dependencies proved to be important to reduce this vulnerability and mitigate risks. The result showed that the risks do not happen in isolation between companies, but also dependent manner due to their relationships and interaction between services. Prioritization of risk helps companies understand what risks they are vulnerable and so can jointly devise strategies to mitigate and control these risks, leaving the most robust and effective chain.
