Resumo: | This study sought to understand the convergences between Knowledge Management and Document Management, so that efficiency and effectiveness can be achieved in information systems. To this end, it is also observed that the contributions of Information Management and Data Management are essential. Law Suit. Therefore, the general objective is to analyze to what extent the guidelines and procedural flows described in the Server Manual of the Dean of People Management are implemented in the Protocol Module of the Integrated System of Heritage, Administration and Contracts of the Federal University of Paraíba. This research is characterized as applied and descriptive research, with a qualitative approach. Regarding the research method, it can be described as a single case study. For data collection, documentary research was used, aiming to describe the PROGEP/UFPB Server Manual, and the application of questionnaires to three target audiences of the same institution: the first aimed at employees of the Technical and Planning Advisory; the second intended for employees of the Information Technology Sector Center; and the third directed to the servers of the Personnel and Information Documentation Center. Given the results, it was possible to identify, from the Server Manual, guidelines related to GI, CG, GP and DG. However, although these elements are explicitly present in the manual, there is a need for a greater practical connection with document management and SIPAC, establishing more detailed guidelines for their effective implementation in the system. Furthermore, the identification of SIPAC functionalities and updates demonstrated a satisfactory implementation, although points for improvement can be explored for a more agile adaptation to changes. The data analyzed shows that even though the Server Manual has the flows explained, there are still difficulties regarding the execution of service requests. Participants highlighted that some functionalities are implemented in SIPAC or SIGRH, but pointed to the need for improvements in the system's agility and adaptation to changes. Although the implementation is recognized, there was mention of points that require improvement, such as the speed of adaptation to new demands and the possibility of a more dynamic integration of updates to optimize the use of the system. |
