Resumo: | The Xylopia Gender, xylopiae tribe's, has approximately 160 recorded species, being approximately 32 located in Brazil. One of the most common species is the Xylopia langsdorffiana and comes being study target since 2002 by the Graduate Program in Natural Products and Synthetic Bioactive (PGPNSB) of the Federal University of Paraíba-UFPB. This species is known as "Pimenteira da terra" and this kind already se reported several chemical compounds of various classes, like alkaloids terpenoids, feoforbídeo and glycosylated flavonoid. These secondary metabolites stand out by your cytotoxic activities, molluscicide, hypotensive and spasmolytic smooth tracheal muscle. Were made chromatographic analysis in ethanol extract of Xylopia langsdorffiana roots and later analyzes in Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) H1 and C13 with one- and two-dimensional techniques (COSY, HMQC and HMBC), and then we correlated with data obtained from literature, we obtained a mix of oxoaporfinics alkalois - Lanuginosina and Oxoglaucina, the isolation of protoberberinic alkaloid -Xylopinina and other aporfinic alkaloid - Laurotetanina |
