Resumo: This work brings together the Phenomenology of Perception and Deep Ecology, presenting an intense connection between the thoughts of philosophers Merleau-Ponty and Arne Næss on the concepts of perception and intuition and their respective developments, showing that these philosophies can walk together in rehabilitation of the sensible in the world, through the body, which includes, among others, the relationships between the human being and everything that the Earth shares with us, then seen as an extension of humanity. Assuming that this relationship transcends ontological thinking, showing an ontology that postulates humanity as inseparable from nature, we observed that the merleau-pontian reversibility of feeling and Næss's concept of Self-Realization dialogue, contributing to the planning of the so-called friluftsliv and, perhaps, for the conception of a new Deep Cosmology of Life, boldly presented in the last chapter of this work, following what the Norwegian philosopher suggests, as an Ecosophy T of its own: the Ecosophy TD. A reflection on the meaning of existence is proposed, considering the intrinsic value of all forms of life and the smallest details of nature, perceiving ourselves as a sensitive component and expression of belonging to the deep ecological world. Just as Næss believed that philosophy could help to trace a way out of chaos, being not only a 'love of wisdom', but a love of wisdom related to action, without which it would be useless, we seek to present in this work, interfaces of bodily experiences unveiled in Merleau-Ponty and Arne Næss' meditations on perception/intuition, to find the presence of the sensible in the 'system' that begins with the 'immediate', and how the reversibility of feeling and Self-realization can harmonize human mentalities and behaviors in the face of the environmental and existential challenges of our time.
