Políticas de formação docente em educação ambiental no contexto da educação básica: por uma pedagogia do cuidado

Resumo: This project has had the objective to analyze how the program of continuing education in Environmental Education Program proposed by the project VamosCuidar do Brasil Com as Escolas (Let's Take Care of Brazil With Schools) held in Paraiba, contributed to the institutionalization of environmental education in the context of Elementary School. It has yet had the objective to verify the impact of such training for the promotion of care in schools. It has based in the presupposed that, although widely publicized, the goal of promoting the institutionalization of environmental education in school systems of elementary schools could not be achieved by the program due to the conditions of fragility of its implementation such as discontinuity of training, lack of monitoring and evaluation of post-training actions. It adopted as a theoretical perspective critical, humanist and processing of Environmental Education, whose logic, mediated by the ethics of care, based on the ideology of opposition to the current market, with direct consequence on new sociability able to engineer new ways of being and acting ourselves, with others and the environment in which we live in. It is based on a qualitative approach, the research was conducted with ten teachers of Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education from five public schools in the city of the three poles of the formation of the state of Paraiba. The instruments used were interviews and observations. The data gotten were analyzed according to the analyzes of the content, the procedures and the documents. The results has indicated a process of demobilization of the VamosCuidar do Brasil com as Escolas in the state of Paraiba, regarding the participation of schools in Children and Youth Conference for the Environment and Continuing Education in Environmental Education. And that training has not contributed to the institutionalization of environmental education in school or to the promotion of care in this context, because of limits both in the implementation of this policy in relation to the lack of continuity, financial support and monitoring of actions, and in the form of organization of space-time schools with regard to daily life, the invisibility of the child, the lack of community and non-school-community integration. However, there is evidence of the presence of environmental education in schools Pedagogical Political Project, yet in the very beginning, through projects and some actions they have struggled to articulate the various areas of knowledge, nor to promote school-community integration, which confirms the our assumption that the Continuing Education Program proposed by the VamosCuidar do Brasil com as Escola held in Paraíba did not contribute to the institutionalization of environmental education in this context. These results suggest further studies to examine the issue of the school community, for the construction of the Political Pedagogical Project and the challenge of integrating school-community, so we can really promote the institutionalization of environmental education, in the context of Elementary School.
