Identidade padrão de comunicação digital do Governo Federal: uma análise à luz da metodologia Common Assessment Framework

Resumo: The present study aims to analyze if the members of the Universidde Federal da Paraíba (UFPB) websites identify the premises of the Digital Identity Standard of the Federal Government (IDG) in the institutional sites that adopted this Identity in this educational establishment. The IDG is a set of guidelines, orientation, standards and models created by the Special Secretariat for Social Communication of the Presidency of the Republic (SECOM), which is used on Federal Government websites, whether from direct or indirect administration. At the UFPB this model was adopted in 2015 and already has more than 290 pages developed by the Information Technology Superintendence (STI). As a part of the research object the site was analyzed the website of the Pro-Reitora Assistance and Promotion to the Student (PRAPE) and the Pro-Reitora of Extension and Community Affairs (PRAC). In order to do so, were evaluate the perception and performance in the view of the interagents divided into three categories: the students, who navigate the PRAPE website, the external community, that attends the UFPB, but does not have any kind of link with the institution, but has accessed the PRAC´s and the content manager, who makes the posts about subjects and update the respective web pages. Methodologically, this research has a quantitative approach classified as exploratory and bibliographic. The data collection was done through a closed questionnaires applied to the interagents of the respective websites. In turn, the data analysis was guided by a self-assessment tool of Total Quality Management of Public Administration, the Common Assessment Framework (CAF), in its version adapted to the education sector and with highlighted in three criteria: the criteria 6, which are the student-oriented outcomes, the criteria 7, that are the results of people and the criteria 8, are the results of social responsibility.
