Resumo: | This argumentative paper aims to analyze the territorialization of social protection services threir of Paraiba from their 14 geoadministrativas regions. For the development of this documentary character study, we used primary and secondary sources from the data produced by the Center for Studies and Research in Social Policies / PPGSS / UFPB, about your process of constitution of the state of Paraiba, with the axis territorial Social protection according to regulations governing the PNAS / 2004. Knowledge of the territory in which occurs the effectiveness of the Social Assistance Policy is of utmost importance since, such a policy can not be crafted from readings based on the morality of the Brazilian reality. The territory should be viewed in addition to a living space, resistors, contradictions and passivity abandoning the reductionist idea of a geographic concentration of poverty. Recognizing this heterogeneity will glimpse the determinants of existing social protection and deprotection. The results obtained in this study showed that in Paraíba, despite its territorial diversity, all its 14 RGA have currently the municipal services of basic coverage, with 265 and 144 CRAS Social Centers, and the average complexity of ITS, with 104 CREAS, 78 municipal and 26 regional, and 5 Pop centers distributed in the 1st, 3rd and 6th RGA. In the case of high complexity there are 30 residential care units of municipal and governmental nature, 19 of them aimed at child care and adolescents. The regionalized services at this level of reality will be starting this year, and then can watch the 7 RGA with host units geared to such public. |
