Resumo: | Reinvention and innovation must be part of everyday life and organizations, especially the more traditional ones, that do not adapt, will be destined for bankruptcy. In the competitive market of 4.0 organizations, process management is seen as one of the alternatives for obtaining market advantage. It is essential that all institutions are prepared for the changes that are already happening and that tend to intensify. From the mapping of processes, the continuous improvement of a company's information flows is possible, which allows for its existence and sustainability. This technical report aims at mapping and evaluating the training, development and education (TD&E) process of a medium-sized law firm, headquartered in the city of João Pessoa / PB, understood as fundamental for the achievement of the organization's strategic purposes studied. With the specific objectives of mapping the current process using the BPMN, analyze through the methodology of value-added analysis (AVA), propose improvements in the process flow and redesign it. Bizagi Modeler software was used to diagram this subsystem in the people management area, proposing to improve efficiency and training records after identifying three points for improvement, as described in this work. |
