Resumo: The Public Ministry is the public institution responsible for promoting justice. In this scenario, this work is the result of a research whose objective was to investigate the digital informational environments of MPPB in order to, from the perspective of Pervasive Information Architecture, model them in a complex informational ecology. The quadripolar method was used as a methodological design resource to achieve the purposes proposed by the research. The following theoretical categories were established: Information Science, Information, Information Architecture, Information Ecologies and Complex Information Ecologies, and the authors who based the discussions on each category throughout the research were listed. As for the approaches, functionalist and systemic approaches were used. From the point of view of data collection, the following steps were carried out: the first was of a documental nature, with selection, cataloging and analysis of internal documents that were related to the object studied in the research; the second was the navigation through the MPPB's digital informational environments, which was documented through screen captures and notes in a research diary; the third stage was participant observation, also recorded in a diary; the fourth step was the application of the Protocol for the evaluation of digital informational environments, which addresses aspects related to the Architecture of Pervasive Information. The digital informational environments were then analyzed in the light of the selected documents, navigation, observation and the Protocol adopted, which supported the proposals for improvement for the MPPB's digital informational environments, the design of the digital informational ecology model for the Ministry Public Ministry and for the Public Ministry of Paraíba.
