Resumo: The context and the different demands of society have made educational systems were seen as living organisms marked by dynamic networks of social interaction that relate and directly and indirectly influence the performance of their actors (LUCK, 2008). However, factors such as corruption and unpreparedness of managers (public and private) for the effective management of financial, human, technological and other resources in school management intensify the probability of low educational rates. Therefore, qualified and motivated professionals are important to the success of the educational system. Thus, the training of school managers becomes essential for the reach of quality and this training can be better performed with the development of critical reflexivity competence (CUNLIFFE, 2016). Thus, this study aims to analyze the practical reflexivity of managers of public schools in Paraíba on training policies and management practice in daily life. in order to accomplish this objective, the theoretical and methodological choice of the present study is based on Practical Reflexivity (CUNLIFFE, 2012, 2016) and under the lens of Practice Based Studies, mainly in the 12 Ps approach of Practice (ANTONACOPOULOU, 2008, 2016 ). It is considered a qualitative research using methods such as shadowing, informal conversations, participant observation and interview with semi-structured script, which were triangulated for the composition of the analysis in the formations carried out by the State of Paraíba and a municipality of the state and study school. As findings, I verified that both formations in the state and in the municipality need to be better planned and organized to actually compose a formation that is consistent with the new educational demands and the scholarly daily life of the manager. For that, I elaborated a proposal of how one could potentiate the formation of the managers, forming an integrated network of collaboration.
