From the understanding that we live in a religious society and that individuals express their religiosity in different places and situations where they live; this present study has investigated the relationship between the religiosity and pedagogic practice in the school. Many different sciences have been discussed and analyzed the religious phenomenon. When we study the theme of religion and pedagogic practice in academy, we do it from the religious and educational realities. Sciences of Religions and Phenomenology offer the theoretical and methodological support for studying these complex and different fields which are so close to the teacher´s life. We chose a qualitative research, because it is a kind of research based on human being and his experiences. Phenomenology was the method used in the research. We analyzed a group of seven teachers who teaches different subjects in the elementary level and high school. We collected our data from interviews. They were recorded and transcribed. Through the analysis of data we searched two essences: the teacher as religious being and as pedagogical being. From many experts perspective, man is a religious being and for a long time he expresses his religiosity. So, religiosity appears in all dimensions of human life, include in the professional dimension. Religious principles are also one kind of knowledge which is teaching by teachers. Educate with education programs but also with human values. Educate to be citizen and better people. Educate to create bonds with the transcendent. That is the teacher´s perspective that brings his religiosity to the classroom.
