This work presents an approach to the Damping Zone of the 7-Nation National Park, Piauí-Brasil, addressing the concept and standardization of this zone, analyzing aspects of environmental protection, legal aspects from the point of view of conservation and possible socio-environmental conflicts between the population of these areas in relation to the environmental patrimony to be protected, starting from the idea that the Conservation Units must be protected and there must be a zone of intermediation between the protected area and the surrounding communities. The work has as methodological basis the bibliographical research about the zone of damping of said PARNA. The data evaluated will provide the necessary elements for a contribution to future studies and will assist the researchers and researchers in further investigations on the subject.
