Resumo: | With the continuous changes that society has experienced in its historical path, provoked by social, industrial and informational revolutions, they demanded from people and associations, new skills to achieve advantages in their competitive intelligence activities, highlighting the information and knowledge resources as an economic resource and strategic. In this way, the dynamics of associations to prospect, monitor and anticipate the changes that occur in the productive sectors in response to the globalized market, depends absolutely on professionals with competence in information. The intelligence competitive is a process based on information, the result of which is the information itself, but with high added value and appropriate for decision making, the research has as its general objective, to develop indicators of information literacy for the performance of activities competitive intelligence activities. Methodologically, the study was developed with a procedure supported by the qualitative and quantitative exploratory and descriptive research approach, contiguous to the content analysis based on Bardin. To collect the indicators of competence in information, the articles of scientific production retrieved from the Capes Periodical Portal in the five-year record (2015 to 2019) were used. A content analysis was carried out based on the system of categories and indicators that emerged from Organs competent bodies: American Library Association, International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions, Council of Australian University Librarians and Australian and New Zealand Institute for Information Literacy, and the units context researched in the articles researched in competitive intelligence that were found in the analysis of bibliometric treatment. The results of the analyzes carried out using the Nvivo12 software allow the development of a proposal for indicators of information competence, based on conceptions extracted from researchers in competitive intelligence in scientific production. It presents a table of thirty-six indicators of information literacy to meet the specificities of the competitive intelligence professional in accessing, evaluating and using information, as a contribution to the performance of competitive intelligence activities in the environment of the organizations. |
