The present work to the objective describe the environmental impacts of the textile industry and check stock management, prevention, treatment and control those impacts by textile Ceará. To do this we sought to study the reality of the environmental impacts of the textile industry describing the processes of spinning and weaving and the impacts generated by each step. We studied two companies with one another without certification and certification and sought to identify ways of managing these impacts of entry and exits, as water consumption and waste generation, respectively. The identification of these significant impacts was critical to achieve the key evaluate control measures used by textile industries.
