Resumo: | The current scenario of higher education in Brazil is characterized by globalization and dynamism due neoliberalism, which implied in strong changes in the eduction perspective, enabling the development of educational policies and in potentiation of evaluation policies. For this purpose, the approach is a technical report with the thematic:The national system of evaluation of the higher education (SINAES) and the evaluation indicators referring the university library: building a pattern of evaluation for the SISTEMOTECA of UFPB. This research aims to contribute with the universities libraries system and the strengthening of public management and higher education. Therefore, the main objective is to engineer a pattern of evaluation to the universities libraries of UFPB under several perspectives: the SINAES documentation embraced by MEC for periodic evaluations of undergraduate courses and the institution; evaluation pattern of universities libraries adapted to our institution and the synergy of the academic community represented by the institution owns professional in the elaboration of the evaluation pattern. The report grounds rescued the process of globalization and the neoliberal ideology that reflected into the national states with the perspective of the State appraiser in Brazil of the 90 decade. Concomitant, with the PAIUB and the public educational policies in the governments of FHC and Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva. The methodological procedure characterizes the research as explanatory, having the UFPB libraries system as field. The tools for collecting data were the forms and the open questionnaire of prevailing quality approach. The research performed from both bibliographical and documental survey and field presents the following conclusion: the technical report represented under three evaluation perspectives; the pattern for the evaluator process conducted by MEC/INEP about two aspects: institutional evaluation and undergraduate courses evaluations. Also, contextualises the library system of UFPB e the available services and at last the embryonic pattern of evaluation of university library of the institution. Thus, the investigation allows a direction towards an evaluative process capable to generate meaningful changes in the dynamics, qualifying or enhancing what has been stated liable of necessary alterations, that presents relevant results for the library system. |
