Tipologias de interação nos fóruns do ambiente virtual de aprendizagem Moodle: o discurso dos interlocutores.

Resumo: The Blended-learning b-learning is a method that presents a possibility of academic training. Research shows that there is wide acceptance of this teaching methodology and strong growth of supply and demand for these online courses. From this perspective, this study is intriguing and important to be situated in the context of the progress of distance education courses offered in Brazil, especially in Paraiba, through the Open University of Brazil, in which is embedded Virtual UFPB. Thus, we have a significant field for investigation of the phenomenon of interaction between the interlocutors student-student, student-tutor and student-discourse in the teaching process in the speeches posted on the forums held in the Virtual Learning Environment through the Moodle platform, in discipline of 3rd period - Reading and Writing II. The theoretical support is anchored in the light of the theory of dialogism of Bakhtin / Voloshinov (1929/2002), for whom language is dialogic and dynamic, being seen as a process of interaction among individuals located sociohistorical. In the area of b-learning, we selected authors as Behar (2009), Moran (2002), Levy (2001), Palloff and Pratt (2007), among others. In the case of the virtual environment, this dynamic is present in the speeches posted on the forums and the interaction is seen as crucial in the teaching of b-learning. We found that the virtual classroom takes on characteristics that are imposed as effective participation in the forums, collaborative learning, active subject in the teaching and learning. We identify and name types of interaction that occurs in these forums and highlights the learning collaboratively and permeated by the interaction. We have four types: student-student interaction, student-tutor interaction, student-discourse interaction and student-image interaction. This study seeks to reflect the prospect of open paths to the issues inherent in the virtual environment, in order to improve practice for effective teaching and learning suitable for the student.
