Resumo: | The development and involvement of people add value to the organization to achieve results. From this perspective, knowing the behavioral profile of work teams has been relevant analytical data for strategies in the area of people management, working with People Analytics and focusing on business competitiveness. Adopting this approach, this work aims to analyze the behavioral profile of the Sebrae Paraíba teams and the profile of their positions, in the light of the DISC theory, proposed by William Moulton Marston, in view of the challenges and strategies of the organization. Furthermore, this research adopted a case study methodology, characterized as descriptive and exploratory, with quantitative and qualitative approaches, applied to the teams of the Brazilian Service of Support to Micro and Small Companies in Paraíba. According to the suitability of the teams' profiles to the job profiles, solutions are proposed at the end that enable the behavioral development of the teams in order to be more adherent to their jobs, and even suggestions for improving processes in the area of people management, such as provision, organizational climate and culture, leadership development, etc., based on the analysis of the behavioral profile. |
