Resumo: This research aims to analyze the role of elements of the leadership process as enablers of organizational learning in SEBRAE/PB. For elements of the leadership process means the leaders, the employee-led and the organizational context. In order to understand the thematic research, a survey was performed in baseline studies about central themes this research: leadership and organizational learning. Therefore, the issues highlighted in the theoretical involved the evolution of concept and of theories about leadership, then as the vision of leadership as a process which involves the leadership, the employee-led and the organizational context. About the organizational learning, the theoretical addresses concept, two major directions of theories on learning, and levels and learning process. Finally, the last section addressed the interrelationship between themes of leadership and learning. For the method, was adopted a basic qualitative research, through case study. Empirical data was gathered through semi-structured interview with 10 managers of SEBRAE of Paraíba, using discourse analysis to support of results. Results show that in the SEBRAE/PB, learning process involves the generation, the interpretation, the dissemination and the systematization. In the generation process arose two determinants management information and training, and the creativity and innovation. In the interpretation process, determinants were processing and generation of meaning and the interaction through dialogue and discussions. In relation to dissemination process appeared three determinants: promotion of meetings, structure of the discrimination and experience exchange. Lastly, in the systematization process, were identify two determinants: information storage and formulation of strategies and project management. For each determinant all the learning process in SEBRAE/PB, indentified the role of the leaders, the employee-led and the organizational context in the learning. The findings reveal how the leaders, led and organizational context facilitate the organizational learning in the SEBRAE.
