Resumo: |
The purpose of this research was to study the mechanical behavior of a laminated structural eco-composite applied as divisional panels of ambients, constructed by commercial resin polyurethane based on castor oil, another commercial resin of unsaturated polyester and jute fabric, from sacks. The weight content of 44,32% of natural fiber (jute) and of natural based resin (castor oil) enable this material to be called eco-composite. It were realized tensile, compressive, flexural, Charpy impact and falling dart impact tests on components of composite to verify their contribution to the properties of composite. The tensile tests were realized on polyurethane matrix, on jute fabrics, on hybrid matrix (polyurethane resin and polyester resin) and on composite. The compressive tests were realized on polyurethane matrix, on polyester matrix, on hybrid matrix and on composite. The flexural tests were realized on polyester matrix, on hybrid matrix and on composite. The impact tests were realized on polyurethane matrix, on polyester matrix, on hybrid matrix and on composite. The results showed the composite has good impact and tensile behaviors. |
