Resumo: |
The purpose of this dissertation is to analyze the implementation of the public politics of ecotourism for the Amazon Region, with a cutting out in the Development Program of the Ecotourism in the Amazon (PROECOTUR), in the Belem pole/Atlantic Coast. Another aim is to analyze the participation of the social actors in this process, as well as the contribution of this Program for the sustainable development in the area under consideration. This study is based on bibliographic searches, on documents including photographs and maps and fieldwork to collect data. Following these procedures, it is described the process of implementation of this Program as well as the factors that had contributed for its discontinuity. The analysis of public politics of tourism, notedly on ecotourism, reveals that these realities are rarely analyzed. It is too expected to contribute with the amplifying of the knowledge on the same realities. And, yet, with this work it is intended to collaborate in the way that the involved social actors understand the importance of its participation in the process of implementation of these politics and to promote the sustainable development as so desired. |
